You can tailor your stay to what you want,  there are no pitches you choose where you place your tent, hang your hammock, build your shelter or put your sleeping bag on the floor.

Toast marshmallows on your campfire.

Experience the natural habitat both during the day and watching the night time play.

Just enjoy the peace and quiet or find your inner Grylls whatever you choose.

Facilities are available, flush loo's, shower's and a outside sink for washing up (but due to current times we do encourage you to wash up at your camp). Completely your choice how wild you wish to be! 

With a short walk or drive you can experience the taste sensation of Otter Valley Ice cream in the wonderful Field Kitchen which offers many delights.

Cooking on an open fire has to be one of the best parts of wild camping. You can build your own camp fire in the woodland or we have fire baskets available for the meadow (foc),  

kindling and logs are available. 

Please note at different times of the year there may be stock in some of the fields around so the gate will be closed in the evening for safety.

                     ❈Arrival and Departure Times❈

Arrival any time between 8am and 8pm, departure before 8pm. 

We have tried to keep this as open as possible to keep it chilled and relaxed, we have had to put the times in so peeps who are already set up do not get disturbed.  This only applies for setting up camp not if you have gone out for the day. The reason for this is peeps tend to drive around choosing their site which causes disruption. 

Please also be aware of nights drawing in throughout the seasons and your arrival time for setting up in the dark.
